Information we collect

When you request a briefing, we collect the identity, business contact and estate details you provide. When you begin checkout, Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy notice; we do not receive full card details.

Purpose and lawful basis

We use enquiry information to respond to requested B2B communications, prepare engagement scope, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Our bases are steps at your request before contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests in secure B2B operations.

Retention and sharing

Unconverted enquiries are reviewed after 24 months. Contract, payment and assurance records may be retained for legal and security requirements. We use essential infrastructure and payment processors only; we do not sell personal information.

Your rights

UK data protection law may give you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and complaint to the ICO. Contact us to exercise a right.
