Business customers only

NeuroVibe engagements are supplied exclusively to organisations acting in the course of business. Website prices exclude VAT and remain subject to written scope, availability, identity checks and acceptance by CSSLTD.

Authorised use

All assurance and validation activities require the customer’s authority over the relevant estate. BLACKGLASS™ access requires explicit written rules of engagement. Products and services must not be used to access, observe or interfere with systems without permission.

Checkout and formation

Payment through checkout records the customer’s intention to commission the selected engagement. A binding service scope is formed when CSSLTD confirms acceptance in writing. If CSSLTD cannot accept an order, payments will be returned.

Managed term

CONTINUUM™ is offered with a 12-month minimum commitment unless the order form states otherwise. Unit quantities and site scope are confirmed during onboarding.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party protects the other’s confidential information. CSSLTD retains its pre-existing methods, models, marks and platform intellectual property. Customer-specific reports are licensed for the customer’s internal assurance use.

Liability

Final warranties, service levels, liability limits and data terms are set out in the signed order form and master services agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
